As\u00ed lo cree el colectivo Turc\u00f3n-Ecologistas en Acci\u00f3n, que ha presentado un pliego de alegaciones al proyecto de decreto de la Consejer\u00eda de Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica y Energ\u00eda del Gobierno de Canarias por el que se regula la participaci\u00f3n local en el desarrollo de proyectos de energ\u00edas renovables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/turcon.es\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/rustico-para-fotovoltaica-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"18192\" src=\"https:\/\/turcon.es\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/rustico-para-fotovoltaica-2.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18192\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/turcon.es\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/rustico-para-fotovoltaica-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"18188\" src=\"https:\/\/turcon.es\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/rustico-para-fotovoltaica-3.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18188\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/turcon.es\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/rustico-para-fotovoltaica-4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"18189\" src=\"https:\/\/turcon.es\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/rustico-para-fotovoltaica-4.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18189\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/turcon.es\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/rustico-para-fotovoltaica-5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"18191\" src=\"https:\/\/turcon.es\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/rustico-para-fotovoltaica-5.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18191\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/turcon.es\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/rustico-para-fotovoltaica-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"18190\" src=\"https:\/\/turcon.es\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/rustico-para-fotovoltaica-1.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18190\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Para Turc\u00f3n esta propuesta de decreto llega tarde y mal, pero, con todo, puede ser una oportunidad para reorientar el actual modelo de transici\u00f3n dise\u00f1ado por las administraciones canarias, totalmente agresivo contra el territorio, el paisaje, los valores ambientales y culturales, y las personas, incorporando nuevos criterios de mayor justicia social y ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">En consonancia con lo anterior, los ecologistas entienden que el desarrollo de plantas fotovoltaicas debe integrarse en superficies urbanizadas y\/o urbanizables como cubiertas de edificios p\u00fablicos y privados, aparcamientos, \u00e1reas comerciales, naves industriales y zonas comunes de \u00e1reas industriales y comerciales, cubiertas de dep\u00f3sitos de agua, infraestructuras p\u00fablicas, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El colectivo advierte que la implantaci\u00f3n en suelo r\u00fastico, sin an\u00e1lisis rigurosos sobre el impacto de los usos del suelo, puede alterar ecosistemas, afectando h\u00e1bitats de especies protegidas o a corredores ecol\u00f3gicos, interrumpen la continuidad de paisajes naturales y da\u00f1an servicios ecosist\u00e9micos clave como la regulaci\u00f3n h\u00eddrica y el secuestro de carbono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El documento de alegaciones presentado, reclama; as\u00ed mismo, la incorporaci\u00f3n de evaluaciones rigurosas de los impactos sociales, econ\u00f3micos y ambientales de los proyectos en las comunidades locales y el refuerzo de las evaluaciones de impacto ambiental para priorizar el uso sostenible del territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Turc\u00f3n-EeA apuesta por modelos cooperativos que permitan la participaci\u00f3n directa de la poblaci\u00f3n en la generaci\u00f3n y consumo de energ\u00eda renovable y el incentivo de proyectos que integren medidas de gesti\u00f3n de la demanda para minimizar el uso de infraestructuras de almacenamiento y transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El colectivo ha presentado un informe de alegaciones al proyecto de decreto de la Consejer\u00eda de Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica y Energ\u00eda por el que se regula la participaci\u00f3n local en el desarrollo de proyectos de energ\u00edas renovables.
