En \u00e9l se adentra, sobre todo a trav\u00e9s del testimonio oral de muchas personas de edad avanzada, en la estrecha relaci\u00f3n del gomero con su monte a lo largo de la historia; una historia rica y compleja en la que el monte\u00a0 era el origen de la mayor parte del agua con que contaba la Isla, \u00a0un espacio que manten\u00eda gran numero de manadas de ganado y que era imprescindible para el abastecimiento de las necesidades de madera, le\u00f1a, carb\u00f3n as\u00ed como de alimentos y multitud de otros productos que contribu\u00edan a satisfacer las necesidades m\u00e1s b\u00e1sicas de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Esta historia y esta dependencia vital aparecen plenamente reflejadas en el audiovisual que muestra al monte de hace varias d\u00e9cadas como un espacio transitado, cotidiano y familiar, donde transcurr\u00eda buena parte de la vida de muchos gomeros, transmite la profunda huella que ha dejado en sus vidas, explicando con ello la identificaci\u00f3n afectica del gomero con su monte, y, nos muestra, adem\u00e1s, la infinidad de experiencias y conocimientos que, sobre el monte, sus recursos y la forma de aprovecharlos,\u00a0 tiene el pueblo gomero, que constituyen un inmenso legado cultural que no merece caer en el olvido.<\/p>\n<p>El audiovisual, en definitiva, \u00a0es un emocionante y revelador testimonio de la cultura popular gomera relacionada con el monte que pretende contribuir a mantener viva su memoria y ser una referencia dignificante para las personas del mundo rural<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EL PARQUE NACIONAL DE GARAJONAY PRESENT\u00d3 EL AUDIOVISUAL \u201cLA GOMERA, UNA ISLA CONVIVIENDO CON EL MONTE\u201d. \u00a0 Este documental, realizado en Alta Definici\u00f3n, ha sido promovido por el Parque Nacional de Garajonay.
